Automatic Renewal

Our subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. If you do not wish to continue with the subscription after the initial purchase, please ensure to cancel within the specified time frame to avoid automatic renewal.

Changes to Subscription

If you need to make changes to your subscription, such as updating your shipping address or modifying the product selection, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the subscription has been processed or shipped.


You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping Label

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process.

Please securely package the item and affix the provided shipping label to the package.


Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The refund will be issued within 30 days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund for the damaged or defective item, including any shipping charges.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons, such as opened CBD consumable products.

Gift cards or promotional items are also non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs
